Frequently Asked Questions
How do I report a copyright or font licensing issue?
Email wisebridge.labs@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Inquiry." Include the font name and a description of your concern. We review all copyright requests within 48 hours and will remove or replace any font found to be in violation.
Can I request a new font or editor feature?
Yes — we actively consider community suggestions. Use the contact form above or email us directly to describe the font family or feature you would like. Widely requested items are prioritised in our next update cycle.
I found a rendering bug. How do I report it?
Please include your browser name and version, operating system, and step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously. We aim to acknowledge confirmed bugs within 24 hours.
Are designs made with Fontastic free for commercial use?
All fonts on Fontastic are sourced from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or similar permissive licenses. You may use generated designs in commercial projects — YouTube channels, advertisements, product packaging — without paying licensing fees. We recommend verifying the individual font's license for high-profile brand use.
